Stability and developability insights into antibodies with extended hypervariable loops
DRA lecture held by Professor Hristo Svilenov, Technical University of Münich, Germany
The talk will focus is on using orthogonal analytical methods to provide mechanistic insights into the developability of antibody drugs.
Prof. Svilenov studied Pharmacy at the Medical University in Sofia. He defended his PhD thesis in Pharmaceutical Technology at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (2019). After a post-doctoral stay at the Technical University of Munich (2020-2021), he was appointed Associate Professor in Biopharmaceutical Production Technology at Ghent University in Belgium. In 2024, he was appointed professor of Biopharmaceutical Technology at the TUM School of Life Sciences.
The lecture is organised on behalf of the graduate programme in pharmaceutical sciences, Drug Research Academy, by Professor Vito Foderà, Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen.
The DRA lecture is free of charge and open for attendance by all interested parties. It is not necessary to pre-register.
