DISC personality profile workshop
Join the workshop in personality profiles, DiSC (Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C))
Over 50% of our PhD students (DRA) will be employed in industry after the PhD. In the recuitment process they will often be exposed to personality tests or more precisely personality profile questionnaires. This workshop will introduce PhD students to one method of profiling, DiSC, which is one of the world's most used and recognised personality profile tools and used in both small and big organisations to work with eg., recruitment, management, collaboration, team building and communication.
The first day, PhD students will be introduced to the specific method. Before the second day, PhD students will fill in the questionnaire. The results will be presented on the second day and will include personal feed-back on the profile. Furthermore, collaboration between persons with specific profiles will be discussed.

The workshop will take place on
- Session 1: 8 April 2025, 09:00-11:00 (2 hours' mini workshop)
- Session 2: then an online profile questionnaire
- Session 3: 25 April 2025, 09:00-14:00 (5 hours' intensive workshop)
This workshop is exclusively for PhD students in three graduate programmes DRA, MoMed, and IVR.
