“The Scientific Brilliance of Whisky”
Join us for an enlightening whisky-tasting experience with Tobias Emil Jensen from EtOH Spirits. This unique event will delve into the theory and process of making whisky, guided by Tobias, a food scientist engineer specializing in brewing science and technology. Since founding EtOH Spirits, Tobias has aimed to bring innovation to an industry rich in tradition. He will lead us through a tasting of various whiskies, providing insightful explanations of the scientific principles and processes behind their development. Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the art and science of whisky making with an expert in the field.
Time: June 21st 15:00 - 17:00. Location will be advised later.
Capacity: Limited to 30 participants (first come, first serve)

After the whisky tasting, enjoy a hearty BBQ with a variety of grilled delights, along with delicious sodas and beers. Vegetarian options will be available. Please advise us if you have any dietary needs in the comment section when signing up.
