Chemical biology, the manipulation of biological systems using the products of synthetic chemistry, is a fast moving, constantly expanding field. Drug discovery has been particularly influenced by progress in chemical biology.

The symposium is organized on behalf of the graduate programme in pharmaceutical sciences, Drug Research Academy, by Prof. Kristian Strømgaard, Prof. Stephan Pless and Assoc. Prof. Joseph Rogers, Department of Drug Design and Pharmacology, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen.
The symposium is free of charge and open for attendance by all interested parties. It is not necessary to pre-register.
