Supervisor workshop: FEEDBACK
We have been offered seats at MoMeD workshops on skillful communication in a scientific team for supervisors.
Goal: Learning different methods of giving appreciative and constructive feedback to your students in order to help them reach their full potential. Knowing when to give feedback.
Methods: Short teaching input, peer coaching and hands-on exercises in small groups.
Time and Duration: September 14th 14:00-16:00 (2 hours)
