New industrial PhD and Postdoc projects with support from the Danish Diabetes Academy

The Danish Diabetes Academy (DDA) will allocate a number of one-year co-funding industrial PhD
scholarships and industrial postdoc fellowships in 2019-2021 for projects within diabetes.

The DDA will call for applications for the following grants:

  • 15 one-year industrial postdoc fellowships (of DKK 600,000 each covering salary) (eight in 2019 and seven in 2020)
  • 10 one-year industrial PhD scholarships (of DKK 550,000 each covering salary and tuition fee) (four in 2019 and three in 2020 and 2021, respectively

The DDA industrial grants can only be applied for by private companies that receive support from the
Innovation Fund Denmark in 2019. The DDA does not undertake to support a project prior to submitting an
application to the Innovation Fund Denmark, and the DDA does not cover already ongoing projects or public
industrial PhD/postdoc projects.
